What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

@rockgolfer Started a very interesting thread on Grails and their stories:cool: Whilst this is not a Grail as such it comes close :D Winchester Black Box Swell Centre Pen. Anything single spring with blades at each end sets me alight;)

Great Micarta Barkie that one :cool::thumbsup:

Thank you, sir :)

I don't believe I've seen that Harness Jack before. Such a beauty! :cool::thumbsup:

Thanks John. It was his 7th version on the 15 frame in 2014. I love the blood red jigged bone on this one! Was my first Waynorth SFO, and the only one still in the collection. For some reason I was always afraid to use the TC's, but this one has insisted it be used ;)

That's what I thought it might be. I see the Radio #15s all the time, but not the Harness Jacks. Super cool knife. :cool::thumbsup:

Laguiole, with a nice ss blade for me today. I don't want my knives looking like the old license plate in the picture! Not trying to start anything folks, just an old man's opinion! :eek:

Not stirring anything at all. I prefer carbon steel for slipjoints, but I can understand the desire for stainless. Especially since I discovered some rust and pitting on the inner backspring of my KHnutbuster a week ago. :mad:

Nice!!! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

I pack this Bose 1306 everyday and use it for everything. I had this scrimshaw done to dress up the stag. Sounds like a strange thing to do on such a knife but I think it’s improvement. The stag was plain and didn’t match in color, character, or thickness. This knife may not of looked like I had expected it to when I received it but it is definitely the finest functioning knife I own.

I don't care for scrimshaw, but I do believe in putting a fine knife to use and making it yours. Well done.
