Nice work, Rachel. It looks great.
Actually, that's the before picture. Here's a few from this morning.

We finally got some chilly weather overnight, so there's a little sleet on the Spring weeds.

Totin’ very old Case Tested today. About a hundred years and who knows how many thousands of great knives between the beautiful Barlow r8shell r8shell posted above and this old survivor!

r8shell r8shell , I do not know what this type of jigging is called. It reminds me of early Ka Bar jigging. I did get confirmation from a well known expert that they are the original covers which he would call nice green bone.

Big Knife of the Week is a Remington Big Daddy Barlow (thanks, Shawn):

Miscellaneous Knife of the Week is a little Rough Rider whittler with a somewhat uncommon spear main:

Watch pocket Knife of the Week is a Chinese Imperial mini canoe. A pleasant coincidence is that my budget canoe this week is the regular size version of the Imperial cracked ice canoe, so I'll post a pic of the pair together:

Magnifique, JJ!! :cool::cool::thumbsup:

Gary, I’m glad I can do my small part as an enabler whenever possible! :)
:D

Thank you Gary, that's very kind :)

LOL! Great analogy my friend :D You never know when a serious cutting opportunity might present itself. Be prepared, be vigilant! :D ;)
Ever since reading the Harry Potter novels with my daughter, Mad Eye Moody's admonition "Constant vigilance!" have been our words to live by! :p:thumbsup:

Terrific twosome of timber-clad knives, Dean!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

That's a Canoe I'd like. I like when two blade knives have different profiles. Beautiful S&M, GT :thumbsup:

Great cutlery grouping Gary; your Schatt & Morgan canoe is quite an attractive pocket tote!;):thumbsup:
Thanks, John & JJ (I'm trying to decide whether that S&M may have a lambsfoot blade). :) John, I'm with you on wanting some variety in the blade shapes on a multi-blade knife, so I'm always puzzled that I've become so fond of typical spear/pen canoes.

I haven't seen your gorgeous smooth tobacco bone Sowbelly Stockman in a while, Gary! Wonderful knife.
...
Gary your RR Sowbelly is a beautiful knife my friend!
...
Thanks, Dean & Ron. :)

Got the top one today, my middle daughter sent me a gift card, I made good use of it ;) well, my wife doesn't think so but hey, it was my birthday present....

Good wood, Stuart!:cool::thumbsup: Any idea who made that knife for LL Bean?

Thank you very much, but honestly I don't know the age of that knife, Gary.o_O:thumbsup:
Another series of your magnificent knives, Gary!!;):thumbsup:
Thanks, José. :thumbsup::)

Today in my pocket is the Portuguese Curel.;)

A very handsome knife, José!:cool::cool: What is the handle material?

Our rain totals are approaching the 5” mark since yesterday. I’m setting here this morning enjoying a cup of coffee and these two I’ve picked for today. I’ve got a 2019 Guardians Ironwood Lambsfoot SFO from Jack Black and a Northwoods Hawthorne Clip Blade in Orange Giraffe Bone. :)

49496784777_f1022bb3b7_o_d.jpg
Wonderful wood, Ron!:cool::thumbsup: Sounds awfully wet in your neck of the woods.

Totin' the Queen Serpentine Single Blade Jack again.
I did discover that the blade is stainless after cutting several apples with no patina.
I'm not sure what type of stainless steel it is, but it's holding an edge like a champ.
This is going to be a regular carry for work, it just suits that environment perfectly.:thumbsup:

Your Queen looks very monarchical, John!:cool::thumbsup:

Tremendous trio!:cool::cool: What model is that longest knife??

A Wright Lambfoot in walnut, and Craftsman Whittler ought to cover my needs today.View attachment 1278662
Definitely a capable pair, Jeff; I'll bet they could handle the demands of most days! ;):cool:

Dynamite duo, Steve!:thumbsup::cool: (Where do you find all your winter sunshine??? ;))

Thanks Jeff! I’ve had the Hawthorne for several years. I traded a Blue Camel Bone Fremont for it. It’s a knife I really like a lot, but it definitely doesn’t get enough pocket time. Come to think of it, I’ve got way too many knives that fall into that category. ;)
May I suggest that you'd benefit from a rotation schedule, Ron?:D

...
I have these two with me today.

You definitely left that recent knife show as a big winner, Tom!:thumbsup::cool:
