What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Fresh out of the tube and onto the scanner as soon as I got it. Haha.

Its really nice. I'm real fond of my 85 but I think the gunstock will make it a while.

It has the nicest action of any of my GEC's and the knife is way different in hand then the pics make it seem. Hard one to describe :)

So, the GEC Templars (with the "Barndoor Hinges") having caught my eye, and made even more desirable to me by their relatively cold reception here, I just had to jump on this KaBar when it popped up on the Exchange. I have heard them called Swashbuckler Knives. I kinda like that... :D

Just arrived today. It will be in my pocket when I go a-swashbuckling tonight! ;)

Home, and fancy work clothes shed, so this guy is in the pocket of my cargo shorts this evening.

I like it!

That is gorgeous, knife and photo! 1985?

What is the difference between the 32 and 032 pattern?

Thanks, I tried to figure out what the difference between the two was. The book I found online said "The reason for the change from 32 to 032 was never documented. However, during this time period Case redesigned the tooling for a number of pocket knife patterns in order to standardize common parts between patterns."

This Otter knife was with me today - I had to make a fruit salad at work for whole crew, so the patina is already going :)
