What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

A little mid afternoon snack of smoked tuna. A 61OT today, that might actually help me slice up a little Wahoo for fish tacos later:)

A couple scouts for Saturday; an old school Landers, Frary & Clark BSA and a new Victorinox Pioneer X. :)

Pretty nice BSA scout, JJ.

My “newest” knife...

Well, that's very attractive, Travman.

But the worst, most unforgivable, blasphemously sinful deed is for some harebrained church lady to scrub and scour the griddle on the big range.

Nothing burns my bacon more than some "helpful soul" taking a scouring pad/brush to a griddle or cast iron skillet that I have to use. It's pretty evident that they've never used either for cooking.

Totin' a Wards Cattle knife and a WW2 Camillus engineers knife today .

Both are nice, Steve, but that capable looking cattle knife catches my eye. Nice pic, btw.

Two for Stagurday!

Well, la de da! Ain't we stylin' today. Seriously stupendous stag, Gary, in exquisite folders. Thanks for sharing them.

Been there! Done that! Got the cap to prove it! ;) Hope y’all have a great weekend! :D

Well, Ron, I'll see your cap and raise you a yellow Delrin Case, as I start my Saturday night a little early (in advance of the Daylight Savings Time switch).

BTW, I got a little carried away posting Cases, as you had suggested. I finally ran out of pics and now gotta take pics of the unseen Cases that we pored over on Thursday.

I only posted here yesterday, and I can't believe how many pages back I'd fallen by today! Think I might have dropped a few quotes, so apologies folks :(

Jack Black Jack Black - Thank you Jack. Cool handmade keychain prybar. Goes beautifully with your Hartshead.

Thanks Harvey :)

Guess where I’m heading towards with my TEW LAMB Foot...

:D

Thank you very much Barrett . The Car On The Ice is on a lake in the town where my wife works so I do not see it very often . I think the last I saw it was this past Tuesday and it was Still Up But Limping . The Right Front wheel was down but I did know if it was as far as in the water or not though . I do not know what the Record is but it was up a few days longer than what I remember as normal .
Are you going to be able to join us at Janesville this year ????

Harry

I was thinking about the Car On The Ice just the other day :)

While Half/Stop Half/Stop and I were CE & CF-ing some of my knives, he kindly chided me for not totin' and postin' some of the elders in my boxes. Fully chastened, I toted these two old buddies for Old Friends Friday: a Case 02 pattern jack knife and a Case 53 pattern (no pattern numbers on either) equal end cattle knife, both from 1920-1940.

Your new Queen addition is certainly quite a "looker" and looks marvelous with your Hartshead Barlow!:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Yeah! :D Thank you very much my friend

I’ve also got a stag lambsfoot today. Celebrating my son’s 12th birthday.

I gave him the Winchester sow belly and a buck sheath.

Stuart it looks like you’re ready to loose a little sleep tonight. ;) You did a good job on showing all those Cases! You can drip feed photos to us for awhile and maybe our jaws won’t get so sore! :D

Love this knife ! M390 , built like a tank with beautiful action/snap and cuts like a laser while feeling so good in hand.
Bravo LionSteel
Oh and sexy as heck I mean look at that beautiful clip point and Solid CF. What wonderful covers that are the frosting on the cake.
