Hang in there everyone! At least we have had beautiful weather here in the virus epicenter of the South.

This is a 77 Barlow in African Blackwood, and it sure is black.

Many people believe that these Barlow’s and the TC’s are over rated. I guess they are considering the price they bring on the secondary market. They are also the hated flippers favorite knives. Regardless, they are very nice even if a bit fancy for the blue collar Barlow pattern.

I am beginning to run out of knives! Only two more in my top 14 GEC series. Next up is a special 78.

Canning all those spicy dilly beans last year is starting to look pretty smart.

Ted! Long time no see! Guess what day yesterday was? :D

Whoa! I think my grandmother had one of those. Does it mount on the wall and fold out of the way?
My twisty style can opener is missing in action, so I've been using the one on my Kutmaster GSK.

Fabulous photos Leslie

Went hiking. Didn't think about it until I got home but I was carrying four knives: Buck 532 "Bucklock" (in a 112 sheath), Vic Minichamp on a belt clip, Case stag Wharncliffe tiny trapper in a slip, and Vic Ranger Grip 78 in a Kabar sheath attached to my camera bag (not shown). Guess which one got used -- the tiny trapper to open a bag of peanuts!

I was out in the front yard earlier today photographing some other knives then I find out that my neighbors kids were out playing in the street and saw a snake in my front yard. I guess their dad killed it. Haven’t talked to him yet. Picture of Henckels Copperhead in front of picture of the real thing. Y’all stay safe out there!

Watch Pocket Knife this week is a Rough Rider faux tortoise shell mini canoe:

Big Knife this week is a long, but slender, Case slimline trapper that is on the kitchen counter all the time, except when it gets the occasional chance for pocket carry (thanks, Tom):

Miscellaneous Knife this week was scheduled to be a Frost Flying Falcon. BUT, it spends most of its life as a desk knife at work, and guess what got left behind when I was evicted from the office over a week ago?? :(
