Great contrast between the two Rosewoods John! Case probably sources theirs from South America. I really like the barehead Trapper. To be truthful, I’m particularly fond of bareheaded knives.

I’ve got these three close at hand today. I’ve got my Queen #29 English Jack in Winterbottom. It was a very kind gift from my friend Stuart @Duckdog. I’ve also got my Waynorth Jigged Bone Lambsfoot and a Vic Alox Electrician to finish out my trio! Y’all stay safe out there!

John, from my perspective there’s absolutely nothing wrong with a good Case! They were my first knife love and are still some of my all time favorites! They did a nice job on their Jigged Rosewood. The Queen Winterbottom is a very nostalgic handle covering to me. I don’t have that many but I have a fondness for the ones in my collection.

I’m glad to hear you’re doing well my friend! I appreciate the kind words on my carry choices. I would say you are dead on in your observations! I don’t always show photos of my SAKs, but I usually have one close at hand. Most often an Alox Electrician or Alox Pioneer. They tend to be my favorites! Stay well!
