What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thank you, Jack!

A fine pair of knives but I particularly like that Winchester - very nice.

These two for me today.

Thanks, Dylan. That fixed blade Redmeadow of yours is mighty fine as well.

Great view though! I’d give you some pointers but based on my last two fishing trips I couldn’t pay anyone to take advice:confused::confused:
Hahahha! Well I used the tried and true Power Bait. My dad's buddy was up their last weekend and caught a limit. Guess I didn't have the touch LOL. I'm gonna take some night crawlers next time. I think we are gonna go back up Sunday.

What a day!

A small lawn care business next to the school where I work went up in flames today while we held our afternoon shift of limited classes. Several of our teachers (including me) tried our best to hold back the flames while we waited for the fire department, while other teachers evacuated the students to safety. Several of our staff's vehicles were parked right behind the fence next to where the fire started, and our first responder worked quickly and wisely to help get people's cars out of the way. None of the people in the building that burned down were hurt. It looks like they were burning some debri in the back and the fire got away from them while they were inside doing something else. We were very blessed because the wind was initially going toward the school, but the flames did not jump to the nearby trees or to the building. We did have some heat damage despite our dousing the side of the building with water (hoses just can't do anything). The building was entirely engulfed in less than ten minutes, with explosions and a huge black billowing cloud that could be seen from miles away judging by the video footage. Afterward I decided to relax by roasting some coffee and modifying a GEC 71. I'm still amazed that our building escaped without damage.

I've got nothing to match JTB_5 JTB_5 Joshua's schoolyard sensation. I grabbed this Old Hickory to fix a bit of breakfast and held on to it like grim death today. It helped me cut some 550 cord for the car cover on the Trans Am (it's EXTRA windy here), then cut some wiring during a quick repair to a faulty tail light on the F150. Finally, it cut a lime wedge or two for a late libation. No folders were harmed during these adventures.

That knife feels well loved after today, Stuart. I wouldn't mind a bit of that cornbread, either.
