What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I’ve got a Bigun Lambsfoot with Ironwood and my faithful ole 6347 SSP Case with REAL Pocket Worn Red Jig Bone handles. Thanks to Jack reminding me, I’ve randomly picked a Winchester Whittler to join the others! Y’all have a great day! :)

A nice Black Box Doctors knife Jack! A very versatile trio you’ve picked for today! :)

Thank you very much Ron :)

You're lucky, I haven't seen a single students' face in two months.

And you're complaining?!  :D

Even during my virtual classes, they all keep their cameras off so I can't see them.

Yeah, my girlfriend said the same about her college students here

Fabulous Threesome Ron :) You've just reminded me I need to post in my Random Tuesday thread too! :D

I’m bonding with the Forum Knife. And no blood has been involved. I love the solid metallic “tink” when it closes from the half stop.
The Case 6275 Moose is a five dot, 45 years old, which oddly enough is the year I was paroled from high school. I haven’t aged a bit;)
It qualifies, at least in my mind, as a Trapper for Trapper Tuesday. It has the trapper sort of blades, just not snapping from the same end.
One of these days, I should look for a Case stockman in this size. I like it.View attachment 1338755View attachment 1338756

Just the Boker yesterday. It's so nearly a full-sized knife in a mid-sized handle. I was going to replace it today with the rediscovered Camillus, but the Camillus will have to share. The Buck linoleum knife is for cleaning up the dead grape vines I round-upped last year. I have sickles, but I don't want to hack up the stuff I was trying to save from the grape vines.

I hope the Fretboard Roadmap got ya where you were going!
I like the Camillus~ saw one on the auction site recently, but it was beat.

I bet the students enjoyed the excitement.

My oldest son was among the students (all my other sons had gone to the morning session) and he was pretty excited. He said, "Dad, I helped save lives today! I held the door open while we exited." :D

I have enjoyed being back with students, although some of them are less grateful than others. There is nothing like the classroom experience, and there is so much more to learn by discussing things in a small group than on one's own.
