Killer knife, Gary!

To day I found myself outside and ready to work and I did not have a knife in my pocket . So I went into Bay 3 and got one of the ones that I keep there for an emergency . An Old Pal of mine . One of the Pal , Camillus , and Imperial Easy Opens Trio .

You’ve got a dandy, there Harry. Looks like zero blade loss after +/- 77 years!
But I think we need to talk about this incident of no knife in your pocket. I’m concerned.:D

OK Stuart. I like the Bi-centennial Case hunter. Clean ‘er up with that Cuban hand sanitizer, and send her to my quarters.

Another wet one today. Might get roped into helping out inside!
I am normally outside between sunrise and sunset, so pray for me.;)View attachment 1341673An old friend today, my 293Y Trapper, bought new about 45 years ago. It was my only pocket knife until I bought a 33OT jack a few years later. I became so fond of this knife that I bought a second one just in case. I present to you, my one and only Safe Queen ~ new in tube, never carried. Of course, I sharpened it. A knife without a deadly sharp edge is a trinket, a gew gaw, a piece of flair, eye candy, jewelry, a toy...:DView attachment 1341677View attachment 1341674
Also, this 233 Jack, which is much newer-to-me.
I hope y’all have a blessed and restful Sunday.

Nanc and I along with our two boys said goodbye to our Babygirl today, aka Harley. She was 10 years young, she was also the runt of the litter and fought for everything she got. She was as sweet and kind as could be but you'd swear there was a Doberman in our house if you heard her bark:eek: she was fiercely protective. About ten days ago symptoms started to show, loss of appetite, tired and lethargic which is everything she wasn't. We doctored with the Vet over that time and simply put her immune system was shutting down. During the last ten days she never even uttered a simple cry. She was in the game until the very end. The hole in our hearts is offset with a lifetime of wonderful memories:thumbsup: She truly was our Babygirl:)

So sorry, Paul! My heart goes out to you and your family. Looks like Harley had a wonderful life with a loving family. They truly are "man's best friend".
