I've been faithfully posting the knives in my weekly carry rotation in this thread, but I haven't posted my admiration for OTHER'S posted knives since late April. :( There's no way I can do 1.5 months of catching up in a thread like this, but I'll at least express my gratitude to those who regularly commented on my knives since May 2.

Triple Play must be an arcane reference to a game from the murky past:(

Yes, the single blade jack used to be a Camillus TL-29 ~ one of the final versions. I took it apart, removed the utility blade and it's spring and liners and reassembled it. The wood is Mexican Bocote.

It makes a nice little barehead jack. I call it my po' boy's GEC 15 Boy's Knife:rolleyes:

Thanks for your inquiry, my friend! Hope you're doing well.
I’ve been doing that with electrician’s jacks/TL-29s for a few years. My analyst, therapist, shrink, wife, and lawyer all say I should get help.;)
Killer knife, Gary!
Thanks for the information and the compliments, Jeff. :)
I'd say the best help you can get for your TL-29 compulsion is to purchase more electrician jacks!:D

...
Thank you GT. Enderes was a manufacture in both Minn. and IA(Look at them prices!). R.F. Mosley is a Sheffield Lamb Foot. @Jack Black Jack would be more knowledgeable and informative. Lovely trio posted today.

A beautiful and thoughtfully given knife.
A beautiful quartet, GT.
Thanks for the Enderes info and the frequent support, Harvey. :)

I'd tote that one in a second, GT. What a knife!
The Case pen is nice, GT, but that Stag O'Lamb is very nice.
Thanks for your positive feedback, Stuart. :) Good to see you posting more regularly here lately; I hope you can get long-term relief from your back/sciatica pain soon!

Thanks Gary! Beautiful Ironwood on that Valley Jack my friend! :)
Thanks, Ron. :) You're certainly a man who has a knack for recognizing wonderful wood!:cool::thumbsup:

;)
You’ve been teaching online classes - just think of the Money Clip as your online carry. (It’s right there on your screen.);)
Thanks for giving me perspective on my "separation anxiety" regarding that knife stranded in my office. ;)

...
I always enjoy seeing your Joker Gary, it must hold happy memories for you :) Great to see some patina on the blade of your '19 :)
...
Nice mix GT :)
Attractive trio GT
Top Triple GT

A classic GT line-up :)
Terrific trio Gary
I have one of those I think Gary, but I haven't carried it yet, not enough days in the week unfortunately :D
Impressive trio GT, love the look of that #72
Jack, thanks for the impressive amounts of time you invest in encouraging me and so many others on a regular basis here on The Porch. :)
Maybe the circular jigging on the Klaas mini canoe is what catches your eye; it's quite distinctive IMHO.
I look forward to seeing your RR carbon sowbelly stockman on some future random Tuesday. ;)

...
Thank you X 2 Gary; GEC really did a fine job on the 78!!!

An absolutely terrific threesome you're toting today; your daughter has certainly picked some beauties, too!:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thank you very much; I've got quite a grin from your preponderance of "Ps"!!!;):D:thumbsup::thumbsup:
...
Thanks, JJ; I always appreciate your thoughtful comments. :)

I always do a jig when I read your replies. :D
A very handsome stag canoe, GT.:thumbsup:
Very cute little Canoe. :cool::thumbsup:
Black Jack looking handsome as ever.:thumbsup:
The Classic Canoe. :cool::thumbsup:
...
I approve of the background.:thumbsup:
...
That's a very handsome Stockman, GT. Beautiful stag.:thumbsup:
A Waynorth Cutlery Lambsfoot in Ebony, paired with a Case Medium Jack in Synthetic Ebony.
Thank you for posting the beautiful Fall picture, reminding me of my favorite season.:thumbsup:
Perfect for Thrifty Thursday. :D
Pretty smooth red bone... Looks like candy. :)
Certainly some nice stag on there, GT.:thumbsup:
They are a great little watch pocket knife.
Mine isn't as broke in as yours, but I do like it a lot.
I'm grateful for your frequent kind words and stimulating repartee, John. :)
Your "synthetic ebony" characterization of your Case medium jack is inspired!:cool::D:thumbsup:

5K Qs 5K Qs
Thanks GT, the unmodified one RR calls it the Tortuga Trapper. Just in case anyone wants to know, tortuga is spanish for tortoise. Each section of the concentric rings are concave, so from the side it gives it a finger groove kinda feel. One of the things I like about RR is their willingness to try interesting jigging patterns:thumbsup::thumbsup: I wish other makers would jump on board with the gunstock checkering actually o_O
Thanks for the RR info, David. :)

Terrific trio.
Thanks, Vince. :)

Nice trio, Gary.:):thumbsup::thumbsup:
Another excellent quartet, Gary.;):thumbsup::thumbsup:
Thanks for the compliments, José. :)

Watch your fingers with that Kudu GT! ;)
...
I bought one of those Kudus when they first came out - very cheap, even here - but thought it was downright dangerous!
I agree with Jack, 5K Qs 5K Qs . I was looking at one of those in a store some years back. I couldn't get it closed and handed it to my friend to try, who proceeded to slice his hand pretty badly. (and then he was mad at me, for some reason)
Thanks for the Kudu advice, Jack and Rachel. :) Closing the knife is definitely an adventure and an acquired skill. Once I realized that I was simultaneously pressing down on the external backspring and pulling up on the spring with the "release ring", I was able to modify my technique to something more effective.

Enchanting Alox, Gary!

Thank you, Gary! Don't work too hard in your "retirement." :D
Nice ebony on your English Lam
A good group of Canoe and stockman knives, Gary! When I think of a Canoe, I picture Case's Amber bone with that etch.:)
Good looking stag on the RR sowbelly stockman and Colt canoe, Gary.
I can't let that RR Stag Stockman go by without commenting on how gorgeous it is! So, it's gorgeous, Gary! :D:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Your remarks on my carries are always welcome, Dean :); thanks for noticing, even when I'm ignoring everyone.

Nice selection as always Gary !
Thanks, Steve. :) Your daily pairs are something to which I always look forward.:thumbsup:

A couple of spear main slicers today; GEC's Eureka jack and an Alox Pioneer X. :)
Thank you kindly, JJ. Love the quit and richly detailed image. The EJ has its’ curves in all the right places. The black Alox SA is as capable as it is beautiful.

Fantastic photos Harvey :)
Many thanks, Jack.

Forgot to post my carry today! :D
Glad you remembered, Jack. Two classics worthy of repeated viewings. Sweet Keen Kutter.

Your photography skills amaze me sometimes.:thumbsup:
So nice of you to say that. Thank you, John.

My Black Friday carries.
A first class pair of beauties, John.

Thanks for the Enderes info and the frequent support, Harvey. :)
Thank you kindly GT. My pleasure. Your posts and cutlery gems are something I always look forward to.

The "required" Scout/Camp: Marbles MR278 "Demo Knife".
The Stockman of the week: Rough Ryder (large). RR1740 Classic Carbon Steel with yellow composition covers. (EDIT: make that a (BTI) Old Timer 858OTB
The "Eh ... why not? ..." knife of the week: I dunno ... maybe the (faux) Bundeswehr? Maybe a nada zip?
The "It don't count" knife of the century: SAK "Signature" (on key ring.)

I do wish the state's inspectors would get their lazy (biblical word for "donkeys" that starts with the letter "A") in gear and get this place off this years "to do" list. The fact they be dilly-dallying just proves they know this place is gonna pass without a single demerit.

I wanna put a Buck 110 and two blade slipjoint folding hunter back on my belt. (they are presently in my "Euro Style" rollator's tote/shopping bag.) The owner requested I leave them off my belt until after the inspection. The owner She don't care what is in my pocket and/or the rollator's tote/ shopping bag. :)

EDIT:
On third thought, I believe the Stockman of the week will be a (BTI) Old Timer 858OTB, instead of the Rough Ryder RR1740.

That was an impressive post, how long did it take you to put that all together?
