In preparation, I totin' this pair of Miller Brothers grafting knives (1872-1926) today. They are extremely sharp! I passed a thumb in the shadow of one and it immediately raised a red bead of blood that lasted a good while.

In any event, they make great cigar nippers

Decided to swap out the (BTI) Old Timer 858OT for the Marbles MR431 D2 Sow Belly stockman today, and added my MAM "Operario" sheepsfoot friction folder, "just because" and/or "why not?".
I'll also swap out the Marbles MR278 Demo Knife for my (faux) GAK "Cold War Era" West German Bundeswehr.
After a few consecutive months on duty, I suppose the MR278 deserves a day or three, or perhaps as much as a full week's R&R/vacation?

These today :

Many of you folks know that I have used this box as a place to take knife pictures

Today I received a LF&C knife to go with the box

I carried it with the other 2 for a while , but that was quite a load . There is a lot to not like about the LF&C , like broken blade and over cleaned , and a blade as sharp as a butter knife . That aside , it is a well built knife with some nice wood , good snap , half stops , and no gaps and the price was very low and it sharpened up fairly quickly .

Harry
