Still carrying my Father’s Day knife.... I missus the sheepsfoot of my stockman greatly..... however seeing my 5 year olds eyes beam when daddy pulls out the “fancy knife” he picked out himself...... my word.

I’ve been carrying this No. 7 almost exclusively for a week, which is a bit unusual for me. It may not be fancy, but it gets the job done.

For most of the cutting jobs I encounter, an Opinel probably does the job at least as well as any other knife.
