One ole friend and one in black! ;) Y’all have a great day! :)

Ahhh yes, the Farm and Field UN-X-LD...
... wait what? o_O
That's got to be one of my favorite modifications.

A lovely folder I bought many years ago from Russell White. Sadly he's not well enough to make at the moment, and I know he was probably the reason for some of the best Taylors Eye Witness folders I have too ;)

That knife is gorgeous. Absolutely a stunner. I hope Mr. White gets better and lives long enough to produce a million of those. The world could use more like that. I'm green with envy!

I love that you give more chances to good knives with a little more life left in them. I'm sure whatever knife maker was putting them together never fully appreciated how long the knife's useful life could be.

Well said

Paul, I saw this one in the “Old Knives” thread too. Thanks for sharing it. The jigged bone is incredible. The whole package is stunning. What year range is this one from?
Thanks Travis, this one dates from 1950-70 according to the tang stamp, but I suspect it falls more into the early to mid 50's from what I've discovered about it. It's been worked on in regards to blades loss/reshape but still such a great solid knife with great snap and the bone is killer:thumbsup:

I love those single-blade folding hunters. I sometimes look at mine and wonder what exactly has been improved upon since.

Of course, I'm old.
Old? Not you.
Yessir, the 125 is cool. And it’s plenty slim for pocket carry. But it’s on my belt today.
How long you had yours?

Very nice pair of #99s.:thumbsup:

Nice set of Old Timers... Medium, Large, and X-Large.:thumbsup:
Ah geez. At the risk of appearing excessive, I also have small covered.

Love the dogleg jack shape with the full clip as opposed to the turkish clip-like blade they used on the 194/94/293.
So I have a full sized one I’m disassembling to cram a slightly bigger clip in. Pretty sure it will fit, but I’ll have to drill a through pin hole where the Swinden key is.
