What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I've had it long enough to have no idea how long. Mine's a Camillius-made Craftsman, judging by the visible pivot pins.
Let’s just keep Craftsman a secret between you and me, ok?
I have the Crafrsman two blade folding hunter. I’d simply assumed it was Schrade, but I’ll have to get a glass and look for a pivot pin when home.

Among others, I'm going to give this Case CV Sod Buster Jr. a whirl today.

I don't know what language that is but I imagine it says something like the following:
  • Use classy knife to open
  • Now made with real cartoon carrots and potatoes
  • Money back if you send in a photo with a knife and packaging
Gorgeous knife- can you tell me about it?
You've got it true! Except cornmeal, no potatoes. :)
I wish there'd be more translators like you at UNO, numerous wars would have been avoided :D
The knife was made by János Németh, unearthed by @Âchillepattada. There's a full thread about his work here.
Same size as a '15, very good and sturdy construction, perfectly assembled, rosewood (?) slabs, centered blade, no gap, fairly wide blade, a tad heavy but well balanced. In a word very pleasant.:)

hahaha, I actually laughed out loud at that.
True, maybe less wars, but the cornmeal producers association would be pretty miffed at me. I'm more afraid of the people who decided to get into the cornmeal business.

I think it's rosewood too! I'm also not surprised it's heavy- that ornamentation and those gloriously long bolsters come at a cost. I particularly like the pivot pins being a different metal. It's only a matter of time until all of typical polished bolsters show the pin lines- I say bite the bullet and make it a feature! Looks way more interesting than a little circle in a homogenous color of silvery/gray or brass.

Watch Pocket Knife of the Week is a Case mini copperhead:

Big Knife of the Week is a Case slimline trapper (thanks, Tom). It's kinda long, but not that big, actually.

Miscellaneous knife this week is a Colt teardrop jack that's built like a tank:

I thought there was something odd going on there...

Ahhh yes, the Farm and Field UN-X-LD...
... wait what? o_O
That's got to be one of my favorite modifications.
And now I see what was so odd about it... That is a super cool mod!

Ah geez. At the risk of appearing excessive, I also have small covered
Now you have all the bases covered... You're the man.:thumbsup:

I'm liking the PATINA that's forming on that STYLISH 76.
Thank you very much. :)

Such a lovely blue color.
Case gets some of their colors right.:thumbsup:
