A beautiful Thanksgiving Day....

~ P.

Got a long walk along the tracks today. I hadn't carried this one much since I bought it, it was too beautiful to carry. But I've come to my senses and honestly it's just about perfect for me.

Been looking for a Congress Jack for a couple years. Now this is my daily carry.

A good choice, Mr.Rsmith_77! The Texas Jack kind of snuck up on me and is quickly becoming one of my favourites...

Mine's still pretty shiny but at least it's in my left front pocket right now... :)

pretty much been pushing the texas jack for the last few months
no sneaking up on me, no surprises...just had to save up a little $$ to pick her up
cannot complain :P

Like an old friend, the "maroon marauder" is back in pocket today. Feels just right and it's always ready for whatever the day has in store.

Absolutely beautiful color and jigging on that bone.

Micarta and 112? Duane, did you mod this old beauty? I like the shape, Sir! Seems to have a thinner handle a nice guard. :)

Looks to be an oldie with 440C blade steel.

Hi Andi, this one is as it came to me. The Micarta was on the early versions, and this knife belonged to a salesman. The thiningout and rounding off mod was done at the Buck factory by some employee...it was a pretty common thing back in the day for employees to work on personal projects etc. on their breaks...

Thanks for the replie - Duane

This is a lot of information for me again. Great looking piece, my friend! :)

Enjoying the time off...so I thought I'd enjoy this R. Bose Wharncliffe Trapper, It
just doesn't get as much pocket time as it should...
