Sam, Sam... That's a great shot of a beautiful jack knife. - Ed J

Thanks Ed, Noddy drew my attention to it with his review over on British Blades. Think it's had a low profile so may put together a review for here when I've had it a little longer.

Mighty impressed so far:)

Jack, have I told you that you are a man of exquisite taste and obvious culture? :p

:D It was the 'Doc Oc still at large' headline that made me laugh most!

(That and the thought of you carousing at Scotland Yard Elliott! :D )

I was fortunate to work with several of those guys on both sides of the Atlantic. Little did I know that my good deeds with a handful of them when they were stateside would be paid back manifold over in London. (My trip over to Blighty wasn't in connection with the original matter so I had no inkling that I would be going over a year or two later.) A fantastic time was had by all...what I can remember of it. Those boys and girls can put it away!

So I hear! :D

Yes, it is a single blade. This one is rosewood but looks really dark in the photo. I have one in ebony as well. Last year for my "Christmas Eve Gift" giveaway, I let the smaller 2-blade ebony jack go to a new home. I still have the jigged bone version. Group shot:

Dangit man! you posted these and i cannot get them out of my head
i REALLY like the look of the ebony in the spear point...i mean alot

making me rethink my thanksgiving giveaway choice (85 ebony in a clip point)...
thats just a gorgeous knife...and i think its speaking to me :/
i am not even sure what i like about it (single blade i mean) the lines or its elegance ...it just is talking to me...

You should look into getting one of your very own. ;)

Dangit Christain!
your not helping
i'm checking it out now, and they are sold out :(

although they have the 2 blade (slightly smaller) version still available

They can still be found with some searching. It takes a fair bit of effort, but it'll be even more difficult a few years, or even months from now.

see its not so simple. I've co-won Elliot's VERY generous thanksgiving giveaway which allows me to pick one knife off a particular website up to a certain monetary value. I cant exactly shop around, and this particular website is currently out of the single blade spear point in ebony :(

its not exactly a deal breaker lol, i am just admiring that particular knife...alot :D
