What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Two for Thursday here. The little Wharncliffe blade on this pinched peanut is about the handiest blade I've ever had.

Today on the belt is the Maple Leaf series for this Canuck. The sheath is one of Gary W. Graley Gary W. Graley ’s beauties. I’ve had a number of wet formed sheaths over the years, and I can say, without a doubt, Gary’s are the best I’ve had. Perfect fitment, excellent price and screams of quality. Looking forward to many years of use from this quality piece.

I like the Maple Leaf! I'll add a thumbs up for Gary Graley's work. He's made a few for me and they are top notch.

Thanks for the kind words guys and that one did work out nicely for fitup, knife snaps in pretty well and should hold a long time. Now, his request was to get a maple leaf on there, so I took a drive to the nearest Tandy which isn't very near :( and the maple leaf that was available would not fit on the sheath, found another but it was the Canadian Flag and also didn't really fit. But I got them at the time, along with a few others while I was up there in Syracuse NY. SO, to lessen his disappointment I embossed the one leaf onto the belt loop section and dyed it red which can be tricky too, but it came out ok and he was surprised as I did not let on that I had done so.

The kind words are warranted. :D I could not get a good enough photo of the red leaf for my liking to post. :) So glad you posted yours. The maple leaf on the back of the sheath was a pleasant surprise and very much up my alley. It’s just perfect.
Thank you for mentioning it, Gary. :)
You went above and beyond for me. I’ll never forget that.
