Same here! This Boker Club Knife is my newest and I've found it hard to leave at home. I usually switch knives daily, for variety, and so none feel left out.
Paired with a 4"Schatt & Morgan yesterday and again today.

I do like my relics ! The old barehead is a great user with great walk and talk. I am drawn to it like a moth to flame. Your two oldies are singing a song too !! Thank you my friendAnother nice old Shapleigh, Gev.
In the world of guitars, and people who love ‘em, there’s the often contentious topic of relics.
There’s something really compelling about a true relic~ a tool, such as your knife, or a vintage guitar, that has battle scars. Signs of years of honest work.
Some folks want to accelerate that process, skipping the years of being used hard part, and a whole sub-industry has developed around trying to make a new guitar look as though it’s been there done that.
I doubt your DE has been massaged by a relicer.
I relic my guitars the old fashioned way~ play them, and let it happen. The 1975 Case 6275sp Moose had a head start before I got it.
Paired up with a 1971 6308 Whittler.
