Sensational Settler, José!![]()
Splendid pair of knives, José; two of my favorites from your collection!![]()
Classic carry, Dean!
(I wonder if Texans object to the word combination "small Texas"?)

Wise words!
My student Bliss happened to ask for help with a class assignment after class yesterday, and while we walked back to my office I asked her if she was familiar with Asimov. She'd never heard of him, and thought it was funny that I'd wonder if her name was inspired by "ancient" American science fiction.
Handsome new SBJr, Dean, and I saw in another thread that there's a 3-generations connection!
Glad my knife was an inspiration.I have a couple of patterns in Rough Black, and may pick up more eventually.

Great photo, Dean!
Thanks, Dean.I don't think of myself as a huge fan of the Barlow pattern, but the Hartshead Lambsfoot Barlow is an exception - one of my favorite knives.

My friend and I did our weekly walk today; I carried these three knives: Scratted TC Barlow, Rough Black Sodbuster, Jr and Sailor's Roap knife.
