You'd think it was Monday by what I have with me today...
My mostly ever present Boker Nessmi, and a Brother 1510 folder that Gary W. Graley Gary W. Graley passed along to me.
Gary put a nice fob and bead on it, as well as a mirror polished killer edge and a little pocket sheath he stitched up (not shown). A great knife for the money, well made, nice action and a VG-10 blade.

Whetstone39 Whetstone39 that Bark River is super sweet:cool::thumbsup:

Thanks! Much appreciated :) I have to admit that my City Knives are all real users, except that one. I do use it, but I baby it, constantly wiping it off and fretting over it. It is embarrassing around the uninitiated but knife people understand :eek:

Thanks Tom, it's great having you back, with those fantastic pairings of yours :) :thumbsup:

Thanks Jack! I have missed The Porch something fierce the last couple of months.

Always a thrill to see your ebony BSK on the rocks, Tom! :cool::cool::thumbsup:
- GT

Thanks GT! It is one of my favorites, and has liberated many a brew from it's cap :).

This Pioneer X goes essentially everywhere I go, I find the scissored eminently useful. However, and I am late to this particular “news”, I just learned a Farmer X exists in ALOX. That may be my ideal SAK. I have nearly pressed the Add to Cart button probably a dozen times over the last day, and can feel my resolve weakening by the moment today :).

Thanks Jack! I had tortoises when I was a kid also, and my kids have had them since they were little as well. Not sure why I find them so appealing, just do I guess.:)
Have a good one!
Todd

It was far too cold for them here Todd, a large percentage used to die every year. I think they're very cool, but as a kid I just wanted something to take for walks, and throw sticks for! :D You too buddy :) :thumbsup:

I'm surprised Gary W. Graley Gary W. Graley gave that one up, he seemed quite smitten, but it suits your style my friend, and pairs nicely with the Nessmi :cool: :thumbsup:

Yeppers, it is a very nice folder with a great edge, just moving as I am want to do, no rhyme or reason, just the need for something new ;)

Not exactly a punchline, its just a little redundant to say small and Texas together...

Sorry! couldn't resist. :D

:thumbsup::thumbsup::D:D

Style and substance, Dean! :cool::thumbsup::cool:

As always, I enjoy your insights, Dean! :cool::cool::thumbsup:

Terrific trio, Dean! :thumbsup::cool::cool: When I see a photo, I usually know whether or not I like it, but I often don't know why. I REALLY like your last pic, but I can't identify what features it has that appeal to me. Lighting??

- GT

Thank you, Gary. I feel the same way about some pictures. It could be lighting; I find that early morning nature photos seem to appear better. :confused::)

Happy Thursday.

I like the roap knife on the fence poast!:D

I like your PAL Navy jack, Jeff. Sometimes, you don't have any Sailor's rope to cut with your Rope Knife. :D
