I had a SAK Tinker that got hand sanitizer all over it. The sanitizer warped the the regular plastic scales so I stopped carrying it. These new micarta scales really dressed it up! It feels way better in hand too.

I was a little reluctant at first to spend as much on the scales as I did on the knife, but I couldn’t bring myself to just throw away a perfectly good knife.

Im glad you liked the pictures. The bears are a nuisance up there but fun to see if you don’t have to live with them. We rent the same place all winter, unfortunately that was our last trip for the season. Hopefully we’ll be back in January. For now it’s back to the valley.

I'm continuing carrying a case stockman today. I hope everyone has a good one. I dropped an AR last night and broke my second toe on my right foot so I am moving slowly today. They are enjoying poking fun at me in the office!

Be happy with the broken toe, and still being around to be razzed about it... I know guys that have dropped guns and shot themselves!
