Brings a sentimental tear to my eye!
My grandfather once sold me to a passing band of horse-thieves.

Dad turned their horses into glass to get me back.
"Please Sir", they said, "Allow us to pack up those glass horses for you. Just take back your ... precious infant".
HA !!! :D ... that's the spirit LOL ... first smile this week ... still early though

:Dmine may have threatened to sell me to the gypsies. I never had to buy his knives or fishing stuff, though. Just waited until he didn’t need them anymore.:(

:D:D:D I don’t know about horse thieves, but I used to tell my little sister when we were kids that we found her on the doorstep one day...she didn’t think it was as funny as I did. We get along better now then when we were kids, but I still stick to my story!:D
Here’s what I’m carrying today.

GREAT knives today !!!
Told my little sister we were at the laundromat one Saturday morning and found her spinning in a dryer ... and that was what was wrong with her. In spite of that, think I'm one of her favorite brothers LOL

GEC lockbacks give just enough security to use the tip for prodding without worry of it closing. Not the best lockup, but good enough for a user. Cocobolo looks black with use. Ball in the box from 10 years ago.

Carried a Redmeadow Pocket Blade this weekend hiking and on Easter (66 today while getting poked in the arm). Redmeadow has a sub forum here if anyone is interested in checking out John’s work. Some Porch members participate there. The blade is nice and leather work is also very well done. Always a pleasure communicating with John or seeing what he’s up to.

Happy Monday folks!
It's a nice day here. It always makes me suspicious of what's around the corner when we get 2 or 3 days of nice weather in a row!;)
The Lloyd Shadow insisted on being carried today. Who am I to argue.
