Great looking Ironwood Greg. How do you like your Boker Club?
If I'm honest, darn near, if not perfect Todd.Great looking Ironwood Greg. How do you like your Boker Club?

Very nice. Love the walnut.
Yeah, they are great knives and very well done. I have the Castle Burg on order, and if the ironwood had carbon steel I’d already have it. I’m sure I will pick it up sometime to complete the set.If I'm honest, darn near, if not perfect Todd. The only thing I'd change is to not have the half stop on the blade but that's my preference on all knives.
Although...., the Micarta handled ones look even more perfect to me.![]()
That really is beautiful, Todd.![]()

Thanks guys! I have a 62 in the same goldenrod camel that is my other option for a fancy carry but this one is prettier!Indeed Todd... that’s some dreamy bone there![]()

Cool shot right there!
I’ll probably let it pass. It’s a great knife. I liked it, but it wasn’t love at first sight. I’m having trouble finding the Micarta knife that will stick in my small collection of users. I’ve had several Micartas come and go, but nothing has got me in my feels. Had a dynamite Northwoods Heritage Jack in OD, but cut one apple and discovered the woes of saber ground edge geometry The burlap 74 came close but the execution on the shield inlay was wonky on mine, so I sent it down the road. Thought the 85 cap lifter was going to be the jam, but couldn’t get used to the bottle shield. Thanks! Sorry to hear you didn’t get an acceptable one. Are you going to try again?
Thanks.Thank you, and thanks for the storage offer, but we just rented a storage unit at the marina. My wife thinks it’s for the boat until we get the dock finished, but it’s really for my knives!

Great pair John!
I’m really liking mine. It does seem like that are doing more Micarta, which is just fine with me!
Beautiful and very creative photo!
Thanks Gary! I know, the view goes away pretty quickly. During the summer I like to have my coffee down on the dock, should be great for pictures!
Oh man, the dorm room thing is funny! My daughter would accuse me of the same thing!![]()
- apologies for the late response.Wow!Great catch!
Is that a dry fly?
