Thanks, GT. I didn’t used to like carrying it because it had a very weak main spring. I sent it to Case to fix and it’s been great ever since. Now I love carrying it.

JohnDF ~ I like your limited edition Schrade Scrimshaw. I only have one, the Scrimshaw version of the 194 Serpentine Jack.
I have often thought that would make a fun group to collect. There is a nice variety. And they are Schrades, so you cannot go wrong.

Yea I’m stoked about thissun. A good friend found it in the trash cleaning up at his fathers house (keep in mind I’m in my mid forties and this friend is in his mid fifties, so his father has had this for some time). He wire brushed the rust off, but really it’s in good shape all things considered. I’ll need some guidance on the leather and the pommel will twist just a little. But I know a good place to get that guidance!

Wasn't completely happy with the wood pattern on the mark side of this Plow
'Massaged' the pattern with a sharpie and then immediately with a (worn out) green meanie to smooth and blend
Rinse and repeat until I got to this and stopped. Completely happy now. Made it mine
