This is a High Carbon (Sears, pre-Craftsman, made by Camillus) cattle knife, and a SW 294 Serpentine Jack.
What used to be the spey blade is not any more, much more akin to an awl. But it is extremely sharp. For some reason, it makes me think of r8shell r8shell .
