Thanks, Todd. Those mini canoes are really fun little knives.
It’s looking good Gary!
I thought you'd approve of that 33OT, John (but I think you're biased, right?)....
Nice Old Timer, GT.![]()
Classy black pair, José!
Thanks, Mike. The 33ot is a great pocket knife![]()
I can relate, John. Almost all of my plumbing projects/repairs in the past took about 3 times as long as I thought they would and often required at least 2 trips to the hardware store. And far too often, I'd end up having to call in a "pro" anyway. So now I just go straight to calling the plumber. Couple of weeks ago, my wife broke a faucet off the outside of the house and the fix required less than $20 in parts, but almost $200 for "house call" and 1.25 hours labor.I'll get a plumber out here as soon as my home warranty company gets me off "hold"![]()
I keep telling my wife that I shouldn't be allowed to work on anything by myself, I always turn it into a much bigger problem.![]()
Thanks for the additional info, Gus....

Terrific Teutonic twosome, Greg!
You might have better luck getting an answer if you pose your question in the "Traditional Knives in Movies" thread:Not sure if this is the right place to ask a question. We have been enjoying the Escape to the Chateaux series with Dick and Angel Strawbridge, on several occasions I see Dick use a pocket knife in the garden to cut some plants. Looks like a sheep’s foot knife, maybe one with a broken blade. Anyone know what It could be? could it be made in the United Kingdom or would he go with a French knife? Hope someone has an idea of what it is, maybe from one of his other shows?
Thanks.GT sweet Boker!
Belated Canada Day greetings to our members across the border in the Great White North!Nice and kool here finally today, a break from that krazy heat is always a treat.
Thursday’s carry, maybe tomorrow as well…
After all it’s Canadaday !

Thanks for the kind words and the Böker info, Jeff....
I enjoy and appreciate your kind comments as well as the effort to manipulate the multile quotes!
About that Boker... the ONLY other Boker in my knife drawer, before John sent me the single blade jack, was a 9229 electrician ~ ungelded like yours. Mine, however, has “woodgrain” delrin, instead of the sawcut.
I think the sawcut looks much better, and that sure makes for a slim but sturdy jack knife after the blade delete.
That Craftsman stockman is grand!...

The wedding is less than a month away, and you still haven't decided on a knife yet??Possibly the prettiest knife I own, at least to me, and a strong contender for my "wedding knife" when I get married next month.

That sounds very much like my afternoon plans, Ed. I'll start with leftover sausage from last night's dinner. Should be good scrambled with eggs...Totin this GEC Ram's Foot today. Just finished two eggs up, Jimmy Dean's Hot Sausage, and toast. That'll give me plenty of energy to sit here at the desk talkin to you guys/gals and in my recliner watching TV and napping.

Sweet picture, Jack.
That knife is a peach... errr apricot... errr it's gorgeous!
You know I will always have a special place in my heart for them.I thought you'd approve of that 33OT, John (but I think you're biased, right?).
I'm not very handy with plumbing issues... but why do plumbers have to charge like they have a Masters Degree? So now I just go straight to calling the plumber.
That knife has gorgeous handles, Mike.
