What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

When I got this #12, I didn’t really care for it and didn’t even carry it until I polished it. Now I think it looks 100% better; it will most likely become my next trout knife.

I’d have to agree. Great improvement!

Ah! Trees of Mystery! We were just there last year! A fantastic place! Wish I knew about the obsidian mountain and lava caves!!!

Thanks for sharing the photos!
You didn’t exactly miss out on the obsidian and lava caves in Humboldt. We’re on a road trip, so we wound around for about 6 hours over to Siskiyou/Modoc county for those.
It's been a while since I've seen Paul and Babe... thanks for posting them. 🤠
You’re welcome, John. I didnt know that place existed until we drove by, but it was a fun detour. Once we were there, my wife reminded me that we had heard a radio story about it once.
A couple of knives for Fancy Friday.
Great pair. That Norfolk wows me every time. 👍
Great pictures Sacto, looks like you guys are having a great time. 😎👍

Thanks, Todd. Yes, it’s been a lot of fun so far.

Schradurday.

Edit: this is one of my more minimalist Swiss Army Knives. It’s a lot easier to find information about Victorinox than Wenger, but I finally found it’s name ~ The Lumberjack. Without the corkscrew, and with no toothpick and tweezers, it was called the Basic 66 / with handle tools, The Classic66.
This one does have a corkscrew (aka knot untier), so I guess it’s a Lumberjack.
The equivalent Vic was also named Lumberjack until they dropped it in 2000. They brought it back in ‘15 as The Walker.

Brought to you by Jeff’s mostly useless trove of knife trivia®️

Today's traditional tote for me.....

Great handle! Mod, or super rare factory?
Fingers crossed... posting from a new computer...

Thanks, Todd. :)
My wife bought me a new Mac, and I'm a PC guy, so it's taking some getting used to.

Sounds like a fun time, good for them for doing that.
We are finally having my son's graduation party today, I'll be grilling a lot of tri-tip today.
Macs are great, John.
But just between the two of us, I’ll bet you thought about what knives you could have bought with that $.
