  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Thanks buddy :)
Today I'm toting a new English friend (gifted by a friend) and an old French friend, both wearing ebony. :)
Those two look good together JJ :)
Thanks! I forgot about Black Friday, just thought I was late for Wooden Wednesday. :D

Very cool, Jack! Anything happening at a place called "The Robin Hood Inn" just has to be magical! Great old pic!
Thank you Gary, I went there a few times as an adult too, and it was a great pub (though I think it is closed now)
A wonderful threesome of totes for your venture into the countryside; have a great time, Jack!!! 😎
Thank you JJ
I threw the Case Trapper in my pocket this afternoon.
It's been calling to me more and more... I couldn't resist... it was futile.
Great pic John :D
Fingers crossed... posting from a new computer...
Great pair :) Good luck with the Mac buddy ;)

Headed east on the NYS Thruway today, for my grandniece Sydney's graduation party. Yikes I'm getting old!
Taking my favorite slip joint along for the unexpected knifely tasks.

Have a great time Gary :)
I have one of those shovels too - just in case Nazi stormtroopers turn up while I'm gardening! :D ;)
I grabbed a couple of Heritage Schrades for Saturday. :)
Fabulous pair JJ :)

Watchpocket Knife this week is a Chinese Schrade 44OT Workmate. Kind of like a stockman with a wharncliffe blade added, or maybe a whittler with a sheepsfoot added:

"Big" Knife this week is an Imperial clip/pen toothpick that I think looks just like one Grandpa used to carry (thanks, Dave):

Miscellaneous Knife this week is another Imperial (1936-1952 tang stamp), an equal-end spear/pen jack with Mother of Toilet Seat covers:

Final knife posting for a while...
I'll be traveling for the next ten days and won't be pocketing a good knife...
Due to Wyoming's stupid visitor's laws and Nebraska's vague "you COULD be arrested" laws.
I'll probably just carry my Vic Cadet and plead dumb if it ever comes up... can't go without!!!
I never thought I'd be anxious to get back to Kalifornia where I can carry a simple pocket knife. 🤪
