Solid gold go-to choice! When I’m being indecisive, this is usually my go-to. Have a nice day, everyone.

Very cool! I don't speak/read Italian, but I remember enough high school Latin to guess that the last 3 words on that train mean "to (at?) high speed".I recall experiencing the same sensation when we were on the FRECCIAROSA trains in Italy. Just an amazing experience. I had my AG Russell Pinched Peanut in my pocket! It handled the ride well!

That's a capital collection! My first recommendation corresponded to what you wrote in a subsequent post: Toothpick Thursday. But I'm also drawn to those Barlows: it's well-known that the "TC" on the bolster stands for "Thursday Carry".What are you supposed to carry on Thursdays?
My full collection is below. Help me choose.

Olive wood is always a good choice, IMHO!Thanks! I’m very impressed by it, especially at the price. I’m thinking of getting one in olive wood as well.
Thanks, Todd.Sweet lineup as usual Gary!![]()
Quite a trio, Jeff! Stockman, TL-29, and scout (SAK) are certainly on my "top 5" patterns list....
Two from Ulster today, and the Vic#7.
Funny how the first place my jeans wear out is always right where my knives ride.
Wonder why that is...View attachment 1609223

Congrats on the benchmark anniversary, Mike! I see in a later post that you two celebrated in style, and the matching shirts were a romantic touch!Morning all! My wife and I are celebrating our 15th anniversary today. Time flies when you're having fun!

Boffo bone on your scout, Tom!Thanks GT! My carry habits haven’t changed much in my hiatus from the forums, still a small fixed blade and a utility folder. Although I always have the Farmer X with me regardless of other knives.
Thanks Jack! I had to look up “chip butty” lol.
These two today, as I am watching the mailbox for a new arrival.

Carrying a couple of superannuated Imperials like that must make you feel like an emperor, JJ!
Thanks for the info; that's a classy lambsfoot!Hi Gary, thank you, stainless. I like it, still a little rough to work in, but I’ll keep at it. Here is part of the description from the seller here in the US.
Made with 420S454 stainless steel, brass linings & pins, and a nickel silver bolster.
Holy Handles! Notable covers on that pair, Steve!!Boker Cattle Jr. and a Utica penknife

Quite a story, John! (I doubt if I'd consider myself "lucky" to be crossing the Tetons on horseback.)...
They are amazing every time I see them.
I was lucky to be able to ride my horse from the side you see in the picture, straight over the pass to the base on the other side. It was an amazing trip, but we lost a horse over the edge the mountain on the way up. Trip of a lifetime though.
I like that the black ones are cheaper.
I pulled the photo up on my computer and threw my knife on the screen... I was lazy and tired from driving all day.
That's a heavy duty user right there.

Superb Case Barlow, Bruce!Reached back for a Case Barlow I haven’t carried in years - went fishing with me this afternoon. Pile side view to show the fire in the bone from the sun (too many reflections from the trees on the blades). OH

I've got to say, it is very pretty here... nice and green everywhere.Real nice, John! Growing up we lived in Green River, down south and east of there. Biggest trout I ever caught was in the Flaming Gorge.
I hope it's not considered bragging when I say, that is an absolutely fabulous knife.
Looks like you are Totin' the fancy stuff today.
Superb Case Barlow, Bruce!
John, your ALOX VIC is serving you well! Looks like a fun trip (in spite of WY surprising knife restrictions). OHStill carrying the Cadet, relaxing in Omaha after a long trip.
