What a remarkable Lambsfoot duo you've chosen with the jigged bone WCLF and stag HHB, Jack! John's delightful description is right on the money!Great Double Lambsfoot carry, Jack.
The Lambsfoot-Man's Barlow and the Barlow-Man's Lambsfoot.
Superb knife exhibiting risky behavior!!
Brilliant Alox pairing and cogent rationale!Electrician and Cadet for Metal Monday. Not as redundant as it might seem - large spear, medium spear, sheepsfoot, screwdriver/bottle opener, phillips/can opener, awl, and file. The only duplication is the screwdriver/bottle opener. It seemed as if I was always needing a phillips when I was carrying the Electrician. The Cadet adds that and more.

That Presidential is prestigious!
I hope the disease didn't last long, Jeff! Is it possible that it's the result of sampling too much salsa? That would be a temptation for me.Feel like a body flu came on last night. I went to bed at 7:00, and slept 14 hours. Not planning on anything more than cleaning out the washing machine drain line (happens about once a year.~ water on the floor in the laundry room is my sign), and maybe move the sprinkler around to different parts of the garden. We’re still having a draught. So I swapped the pruner for my lil jack.View attachment 1625799
Can you tell I like green onions?

What a priceless heirloom to have! This was my Dad’s 1981 Sodbuster. He had several knives, but I only remember him carrying this one or a Schrade 150T Fixed Blade. The Sodbuster always got the job done from lancing boils on hogs to cutting hot dog sticks, and it got the job done today.

Welcome back and thanks for noticing my AC. I can’t keep up with this thread, but I try to dip my toe in the waters when I have an extra moment. It really does move fast (or perhaps I move more slowly!) these days.I haven't posted in this thread for almost 3 weeks. We were away from home for the first 2 of those weeks, and internet access was unexpectedly horrible, so when we returned home last Saturday, I was 15 days and about 50 pages behind in this thread. I'm not going to try to catch up at this point. But here are some posts from earlier this week (Sunday and Monday) that caught my attention.
