A pair of beauties for the road, I really like those covers on your Boker; have an excellent outdoor adventure, Jack!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Thanks a lot JJ, I just posted some pics from my hike in the Guardians thread :)

Wow Pete, that's a trip down Memory Lane my friend, I wish I still came across those GAKs. Hope you and the girls are having a good weekend :)

As crazy as that might seem it looks real nice. How do you like it so far?
We love it. Feels kind of weird at first, but we did a slip and slide, ran around, and were out there for hours without getting all muddy and covered in grass clippings. We originally decided to do it because the dogs track in so much sand and dirt. Managing grass in Florida is quite difficult.

4 more new knives from my July buying spree that I've been carrying for the past 3 weeks and will carry until Labor Day.
Chinese Queen canoe in brown sawcut bone that I like very much so far:

Klaas Black Angus, made in Italy, with plastic handle; the blade needs some work on its edge:

MAM sheepsfoot that is a replacement for an almost-identical knife I traded away earlier this year:

Ka-Bar hobo knife whose box makes clear that the company is headquartered in the US, even though knife and sheath are made in China. My first knife from Ka-Bar, and my first hobo pattern:
