What was your first GEC

My first GEC is long gone but it was a Red Jigged Bone #25 from this 2009 run. Mine wasn't a prototype but it was just like the Red one in this picture.

My first GEC was gifted to me by Duncan @Campbellclanman , who took his favourite knife (the 2011 forum knife) out of his pocket, and sent it to me from New Zealand That's a class act

First GEC I ever bought was one I bought for my wife's birthday, not for myself. She was caring for 2 jack donkeys in her job as farm manager at a local historical museum.

Bought in December 2013:

Krack-A-Jack #76 Outlaw Gunstock in Copperhead jigged bone

Had I known how desirable this knife is, I might have kept it for myself She has it put away for safe keeping.

it was the 48 that brought me in, but not the first gec i was able to obtain. I was on quite the buying spree in those days, but luckily in those days the prices were better and the folks were nice about it. Likely a 15 of some sort. 15 clip.

My first traditional was a Northwoods made by GEC but my first GEC was a 93 in Cocobolo that I was able to purchase on the secondary market. The collection has grown some since then but these two will always remain.
