The irony is that it was a Christmas gift, and I considered taking it back, and exchanging it for something else (was leaning towards a Seiko 007 or Black Monster), but honestly I am totally in love with it. It is a TANK, but is very comfortable on the wrist. It is definitely my favorite of the couple of vaguely Submariner-ish watches I have. To anyone who is in the market for a high quality, rugged, every day time piece that is total Swiss made quality, without being expensive at all (this one goes for around $400 US) definitely check out Victorinox.
Today I'm wearing my Steinhart Ocean Black. This is a great watch, DLC coating, styled like the standard Rolex sub but larger, and it has the ETA 2824 movement.
Gshock 2310-1 in the pic. Atomic timekeeping, solar powered, 20BAR water resistant. Been looking at automatics too but I have too many other things i'm saving for atm.
