Whatcha got on order? (Traditional Knives Only)

So I've been having an internal debate for a few weeks about a Williamette...I have a really nice Geppetto, but I love whittlers...and I really love single spring knives with a blade on both ends, but I have a lot of those. But that blue came bone is some special stuff...see what I've been dealing with?!?!!

Well guess who won? Derrick. Again. :)

^^ Haha! Derrick always wins. You picked a nice one, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it :)

Well I had what really needs to be my last moment of weakness last night...I blame Beer Scout euphoria. I have too many planned purchases coming up so this impulsiveness must get reigned in.

These two are headed my way this week from Evan. I've been wanting some of his work, and custom Micarta 15's are as hard to resist as a pour of Stagg Jr. Pic borrow from Evan's post.

Thanks Bob. I trend towards smaller Trads that usually ride below one of those icky modern knives. These should be more than ideal. And shadow patterns...I mean really, they had me at hello.

I was ogling those on the Exchange as well. They're beautiful, heirloom pieces, I'd say. Congratulations!

I am on a list to purchase a GEC Tidioute model 83 in a drop point and green micarta.

Not really on its way but I am confident it will be produced.

both... hummina hummina! Amazing that old Mora is still pristine. and Brett I've oggled the GEC Sportsmen Hunters for I dont know how long and was only saved by my small but lovely collection of old camillus, HSBs, and Cattarauguses. Anyone evr see what happened to the 73 Hatchets they made?

My grandpa gave me a knife when I was a young teenager that was almost identical to these except it had stag handles. The thing must have been from the 50s or 60s. I lost the knife in my more reckless years :( I have really been eyballing those in the bone...Doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in the GEC fixed blades. Beautiful knives IMO
