In my seemingly never-ending search for the perfect traditional, I've recently been becoming infatuated with the Case Mini Copperhead. One wharncliffe, one bellied blade, and on a single spring so it's super thin. I fell in love with the blue lagoon color when I saw it but much to my dismay it was discontinued years ago. But after lots of hunting I was able to track one down NIB. Got my fingers crossed that this will be the one finally.

That's actually what I got on me right now. But I agree about the swedge. Makes it look just a little more finished.

I've been admiring the GEC 44 since they came out but I didn't pull the trigger on the ebony, which is the one I really wanted, and I've always just missed the ebony 44s that have come up in the classifieds here. I finally succumbed to temptation and ordered an Autumn Gold jigged bone with brass bolsters and bullet shield that was languishing on a dealer's shelf. Should be here Monday. Not super wild about the brass but I'm sure it'll grow on me!

I felt the exact same way about the brass, but still ordered one. It grew on me, and I loved the long pull on the Northfield clip point...until I found a Tidioute in green Micarta. Ended up selling the Northfield lol

I decided to get another watch pocket knife and settled on the 33 and man I hit some of those notifications fast and lost them while entering cc info. Long story short, I'm done with it. Going back to the availability and diversity of Case.
So this cool little knife will be heading my way as soon as the order is processed.

I have a pair of NOS Boker #492 (spear/pen) Barlows on the way. They are plain Jane, sawcut Delrin, no swedges. I have had my eye out for a while, for one of these. Smaller knife than I normally like, at 3 3/8 inches, but the chunky handle will/should make up for the shrimpyness.
