Whatcha got on order ?

Catch-22. You need the bearings so that the caliper can make accurate measurements. But you need to accurately measure the old bearings with the caliper so you can get the right replacements.
I have the originals that I measured, but the problem is the measurements weren't remotely close to anything imperial so I went with the fairly close 6mm × 16mm × 5mm assuming they might be rounded over nominal sizing.

It's looking like they're just an outdated imperial size, because the NOS examples on Ebay are listed on the packaging with the exact inch readings I got off my digital caliper.

I bought another Shakespeare 2052 ultralight spinning reel on Ebay, I'm kind of addicted to these reels and for under $30 I couldn't pass this one up.

This particular example is a " MODEL ED " ( date code noting a production change ) 1967 variant which I didn't know existed, I believe this may have been the year that the paint changed.
So far I've got a couple 66's a 68, and now this '67 on the way.

A pair of late 1940's Crosman model 105 air pistols, a pair of rebuild kits for said air pistols, and the special valve retaining nut tool required for rebuilding them.

I ordered some Chamberlains leather milk to try out on some leather outerwear.

For my boots I use obenaufs, but haven't yet found a preferred product for outerwear.
I tried Bick4, but it didn't penetrate too well and I hated how it smells.

If I don't like the chamberlains I'll try Pecards or Leather Honey next.

I placed an order with HJE for some more tools, a few things I wanted / needed for my tool kit at work, and a couple things I just wanted to check out.

A pair of WILDE 6.5" thin jaw slipjoint.
Some driver bits.
A ratcheting bit driver I wanted to try out out.
a couple Ullman rubber bit holders
A small canvas tool roll with a leather reinforced bottom.
And a 13oz claw hammer that interested me.
They've always got some great closeout deals on good quality tools and there was a bunch of stuff that interested me, but I had to hold off.

Another order of American made tools from HJE, plus some vibram wedge soles and some leather cement for a boot resole project I'm finally going to quit dragging my heels on.

After months of waiting, I am finally going to get my hands on-

"All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender."

...oh. Well.

Crapspackle. 🫤

What was it supposed to be ?

Super long seatpost for one of my folding bikes. The bike came with one those crappy low budget suspension posts which I hate. Called the manufacturer and got them to ship me a normal one.

So first they sent me the wrong post. Too short for proper leg positioning. Oops. Then they sent me another one to correct that mistake. Then gremlins ate it I guess.

S🤬t happens. 🤷‍♂️

Does your folding bike only have a singular post ?
My 40 year old Dahon stowaway has 2 telescoping sections so it can extend further than likely anybody would ever need it to.

New Lumentop flashlight. single AA or 14500. Turbo on the 14500 is supposed to give 900 lumens.

Nah. My 10 year old Dahon doesn't even have that feature. What it does have is a super long, super solid post that I've never had any issues with.

I love that little Dahon. Everyone always asks me if it's electric though, which I find annoying. It's very obvious that it isn't, but most people are clueless about bikes and can't even spot the difference between a bike that costs a few thousand dollars and a bike from Wal Mart which costs around 100 bucks.
