Whatcha got on order ?

Nah. My 10 year old Dahon doesn't even have that feature. What it does have is a super long, super solid post that I've never had any issues with.

I love that little Dahon. Everyone always asks me if it's electric though, which I find annoying. It's very obvious that it isn't, but most people are clueless about bikes and can't even spot the difference between a bike that costs a few thousand dollars and a bike from Wal Mart which costs around 100 bucks.
To be fair a lot of the electric bikes which have exploded in popularity fold or at least resemble the modern folding bikes.
I'll bet people weren't thinking it was electric when you bought it 10 years ago.

Nobody mistakes this old thing for being electric.

New Lumentop flashlight. single AA or 14500. Turbo on the 14500 is supposed to give 900 lumens.
Sounds like quite a little powerhouse.
I quite like lumintop.
The user interfaces on everything I've had were very basic / simple and I like how they return to modes, either always back to low or some to the last used mode without needing to have used said mode for a minimum number of seconds.
They just tend to make lights that appeal to me more than the other competitive brands.

They actually were. Back when I bought it new, people were coming up to me all the time asking if it was electric.

Back then I could understand it because electrics weren't very common. Now I think people have even less of an excuse because electric bikes are everywhere. They should be familiar enough with them to be able to spot the difference.

Do you see a motor at the rear hub, bottom bracket, or less commonly, the front hub? No? Okay, how about this: is there any place where you see an externally mounted battery, or that the down tube is thick enough to hold one? No? Alright then it's not electric. And how many electric bikes do you see with rim brakes? Rim brakes don't have the stopping power to deal with the added weight of a motor and a battery.

This is easy stuff. You can spot it at a glance. It just irritates me. I really wish people would stop asking. And why do they care, anyway? Why do strangers come up to me to ask me that all the time? It's not like they're interested in buying one.

It's probably just because these days they're the most common form of bike that doesn't look like a normal bicycle.
They're not really paying attention to every detail of what they're looking at, they just see it and their first thought is electric bike because they get tons of adds for them on Fakebook...etc all the time.

Some where in the mail, I have 2 packages from Olight. 1st one is a Seeker pro 4 that they had on sale for 50% off for my wife. I5T to replace one I lost and the little AAA light that is a freebie.
2nd package is a little multi tool that I won on the prize wheel.
Then I have a Temu order. Set of 3 large pill vaults and a set of 6 small pill vaults. For EDC bags dozen needle threaders . 6 sling swivels (3sets) for $7 . Folding silverware set and a fero rod and holder made to mount on a kydex sheath. And a $3 pocket watch.
The pill vaults needle threaders and sling swivels are the same as Amazon sells except that the big pill vaults are $6-7 each on Amazon $9.50 for 3 Temu little ones are $3 a piece on Amazon I got 6 for $2 sling swivels $7 a set on Amazon $7 for 3 sets on Temu. Needle threaders 2 for $1.39 vs 12 for $.69 . Several things I have bought from Temu I had bought for Amazon before and they are exactly the same

I just ordered a new ID card since it's about to expire. Before renewing though I submitted a formal change of adress so my new ID should finally have my physical resident adress present instead of my Po Box mailing address.
This means firearms purchases without a bunch of extra hassle on top of all the California BS.
Once I eventually get my new Proper ID in the mail I plan to order a S&W 637.
First I'll check the little gun shop that opened up here in town last year, if they don't have one I'll see if they can get me one or what they charge for transfer fees.

Beyond being a whopping 19" long, the interesting thing about these is that you can remove sections to convert it between 3, 4, 6, or 7 cells.

I'm going to put an LED upgrade in it and use AA battery converters in it, Ideally some kind of high CRI LED for cool factor if I can find one.
This thing isn't going to serve any kind of practical purpose, I just think it's cool and I wanted one.

I have a Temu order coming in today large and small pill vaults. Needle threaders and sling swivels plus a couple small things to make the minimum for free shipping. I have a sheath for Azwelke kydex , for my BK-10 that I won in gaw on the Becker forum here

380ACP laser for my Sig 365-380. Coolfire doesn’t make a kit for it (have the Glock 43x kit). Best dry fire set up I’ve found. On the expense side but over a year or two I think it will pay for itself.

Fenix TK11. Replacing the older, discontinued TK12 on my AR. The TK12 had 245 lumens with a 200 meter throw. The newer TK11 has 1600 lumens with a 400 meter throw.

A D cell dummy battery, and a Litt industries 500l LED upgrade for the Eveready sportsman searchlight project.
I actually order 2, one will be for my customized 5 D cell Maglite.

Still have my old 5 cell. Put in some led from Walmart. Made it much better.
Interested in seeing your customized 5D Maglite.

Ordered some 12 gauge dummy rounds. Found ones with brass casings, which I considered desirable. A bunch of the ones being offered are hard anodized aluminum. I don't want to cycle something harder than the gun parts through the gun. If there is a hang up, I want the round to give, not the gun.

It's just a 3 cell I bought for $1 at a thrift store and added a 2 cell extension to.

They actually make a 5 cell ?
I thought they just had 2 3 4 & 6 cell lights, plus a short lived 7 cell that they used to make.

Yeah, they still make the 5D model.
This one is from the 80’s. Added an LED many years ago. Could use a new lens and another LED upgrade.

I finally bit the bullet on ordering a Council Tool Saddle axe from BARYONYX, I've been putting it off but just heard that they're being discontinued.
