2002 Jeep Wrangler.
My wife drives a 2014 Ford Explorer 4x4

Well I was finally able to figure the photo site out tonight, wasn't ever that hard before.

Here's a pic from just after I put on the low profile fender flares.

Gleason,
I bet that truck looks sweet!

I see a few lifted SD's around but not too many in the burbs where I live-but-mine would be a sky scraper if it wasn't for the fifth wheel and kids.
I'm not putting the tuner on until I break 100K miles, I'm nervous about them denying warranty service and at the cost of repairs to the 6.7 I'm just not brave enough to do it before the warranty expires on the motor.
I've only had it a year and just broke 16K miles, it'll be a while before I'm able to supersize it.

Do you still get decent mileage with the tuner?

Breavis,
Used is fine with me but I was in a place where I could do the 65K to pick it up new and the newer diesels are a bit like having another kid, they need ALOT more attention than a gas motor. Below a certain temp they should be plugged in if possible, fuel needs additives to not gel, water separator needs to be drained, oil needs to be monitored for fuel, fuel can get algae, etc, etc.
It seemed like a lot at first but I'll never go back to gas again if I can help it.

Since just a new fuel rail will set you back 12K if algae or water gets into the system and the DEF filter in the exhaust is 10K I did my best to avoid used-you never know how someone took care of their stuff and at the price of repairs you can quickly get to new prices for someone else's plroblems. With a gas motor you can generally have a rebuild dropped in for 5K-well worth the chance at a 15K savings, not so easy of a choice with the diesels.

I'll try to get pics up tonight.
Gleason,
I'd love to see that lifted FX4

Here is a pic man. I cant say I blame you, I wouldnt void the warranty intentionally on a 60-70k truck either lol. Thats why I bought it from someone who already did it the right way! DEF fluid and EGR delete makes them bullet proof! Im getting about 16 mpg even with the lift and 24s on Hot Tune mode.

Gleason,
That SD is a beauty!
I like the lights, grill, steps, and wheels- that's a really good looking set up.
I keep reading about how good they run after being deleted and it's really tempting, I'm just not brave enough to do it yet, maybe after the bumper to bumper expires😉
I'm thinking of getting the smoked out lenses for my roof lights and mirrors, then getting some Rigid lights to replace the stock fogs-maybe a bar in the bumper too. It'd be nice to have the ability to turn on the daylight when I'm in the mountains getting to my hunting spot.
I might tint the front two windows to match the back factory, possibly make all of them a touch darker. I don't wanna draw too much attention in it but a little more privacy would be nice.

Your mileage is still pretty good with the lift, how's the ride?

The ride is surprisingly good. Right now its a little rough because i need new tires and theyre nationally back ordered. Its like having racing slicks at the moment they're that bad. I like the black out headlights but if i were going to do it id get clear LEDs. And yeah, window tint is a must lol, and the strip across the top of the windshield makes a huge difference in privacy and heat.

Here are my Hummers.
