  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Yo Yo winder.

It is sort of knife related, it does cut something, but that's all I can say...

I want one Nathan. I don't care how much they are, how do I send payment? Also, if you could please tell me what it does, that would be much appreciated! :D

This is what I use to cut my blank blades out. Nothing fancy. It’s a Milwaukee 6242-6. A compact portable band saw. Normally used for cutting angle iron on the job. I hose clamp it to a shop beam, use a spring clamp top hold the trigger switch on while using. It has variable speed. The blade is about 2 ft in a loop. I think they cost $80 new. I’m guessing I get 30 knife blanks per blade, blades come in a 3 pack in the $3 each range. I’m happy with it and show it so others might consider it if on a low budget and need a way to cut out blanks. It’s fast. It might take 2 minutes to cut a blank out

Above is a D2 steel blade I cut, one of the harder steels to work with

Well, just like everybody else, I don't have any idea what the F those gizmoes of Nathan's are... but they sure are cool to look at!!! ;) :D

Ian- That's a beauty! Nicely done! (as expected).

Brian- Great work man... I think you're wise to be doing some small "runs" as that's a great way to build on the consistency of your approach. Very handy pattern/style too. :)

Adam- Very cool bud, I want to make one like that. :)

Don- That thing is sick... excellent work my man.
