The bevel area is measured in acres and I'm exhausted after hand sanding and only getting one side to 120 grit.
I plan to get both sides to around 1500 before etch.

Good budget on that last ordershame they don't offer it a bit wider in the thin stock for the kitchen knives. Thanks to your pic I also went for a lot of g10 and micarta, never seen that they have so good pricing on it, cheaper then aliexpress it seems (I need it mostly for liners).
