Finished up an epoxy handle on my 11th knife last night. Hoping to put the edge on tonight or tomorrow and then onto the next one.

7.5" boning knife for myself. 80CRV2 steel, alumilite epoxy handle with G10 pins. I've nicknamed it Fireball.

Got the edge finished, and all cleaned up. Going to put this one through the paces and see how the edge holds up and overall. I'm a little worried the handle is going to scratch up fairly easily, but its just so pretty.

400 grit finish on the blade overall. Need to practice lunge lines. Could be better defined, and crisper. There is two small divots in the blade that were caused by a slight pause on the grinder. Can only see them in the right light, but I still know they are there. Also I think I'd go a touch thinner to do it again. The spine is a full 1/8" at the top. Could go down to 3/32 easily without sacrificing stiffness. Overall though pretty happy with it.

Working on the back inlay design, Hawk Knives is going to be hooking me up with new inlay without the grip panel hole so I've got more area to work with...it'll be a slight delay but SO worth it😁
