That was the only example I had on hand at the moment... I find something like that type of relief to be aesthetically pleasing, but not as functional as it looks.If it needs pinch grip, I taper the scales, but not like that.
Storm was getting heavy there but it seems to be tapering off now that I’m a few minutes away from leaving for the day.

David your finish work has come a long way, the extra effort sure looks fantastic.
