David your finish work has come a long way, the extra effort sure looks fantastic. What’s the blade length on that chef blade, love how you cut back the tip giving the proud owner something that will pierce without any effort.

It’s out the door so I can’t measure it. It is a Jarod Todd design.

For some reason I was thinking the info was posted here a while back as close to 6" somewhere, but I could be wrong.

Maybe. I don't remember. But I liked working on it very much, and I think I'd like to make more like it down the road.

Since you don't want to tell us, we have no choice but to speculate wildly. I posit that a family of Duendes kept stealing your grommets.
