  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What's happening in the David Mary Custom shop?

By the way everyone, that is a master class example of how to list your desired mods!

Someday, when I send in my Magnacut Les George Magnate for a new handle, I'll keep that in mind. I'm not very good artist, but I think I might be able to do a diagram similar to that. Hopefully. I do not like the rubbery scales that came on it much at all.

Do I know you?

😆 🤣

You just want them for yourself 😂 Tell you what - you give me a 50% discount on the 8670 Tanto, and I'll give it to you when you are done? Either that, or I give you one of my two unused Cold Steel Code 4 folders...

Yeah pretty much every time. I have resigned myself to making others happy instead. That in itself is reward enough. But I AM keeping that lc200n knife!
I've heard that mechanics drive crappy cars....
Me personally, I don't have Any good knives that I've made yet...... I either give away, or have sold the knives I've liked. I miss them Alot! (Because I like knives)

In the back of my mind, I keep saying.... That I could always make Another one. :/

Like You said, I get Huge pleasure making other people happy...... But...... I've been thinking I need a nice knife?

Yes you do. Start making R&D knives, use them well, and then sell at a discounted price when you’re ready for the next one. It’s what I’ve been doing since I started. Currently I own and carry a neck knife, a serrated Prevail, recently made myself a Barax for my backpack knife, and now finally a chef. It’s likely that all of these will move along at some point but not just yet. Or maybe never…. Time will tell.
