What some makers call burnished bourbon. My favorite with a pair of kakis.
This particular Shoemaker uses the term Antique Edwardian.

I'm an oxblood guy with khakis, can't stand light brown(or any light color for that matter) shoes....my khakis are all Bill's British Khaki color.
Allen Edmonds Hudson with custom patina
Have a pair of Allen-Edmonds Broadstreet if I ever had to wear a light suit, but I don't own any....medium charcoal is the lightest I wear, even in summer.
To the OP, your extensive shoe/boot collection shows attention to detail and style.
I personally like a wider, higher toe box for aesthetics AND comfort, cannot wear any Italian made shoes off the rack, as an example.

Yeah, I lost the pair I used before college (no idea who made them) several years ago, and with my main AO being a worksite or a classroom for the last few years, I just haven't had to replace them.
Any suggestions for business casual around $150? Think various lighter colors of slacks, and nicer, darker jeans.
For a good quality Good Year Welted shoe in this price range I would suggest either something from Meermin or Allen Edmonds. Both will cost you just a bit more but those are the ones I would recommend. Meermin would be more challenging as you would have limited access and no way to try them on first and if you experience a problem with quality or fit since they are made in Spain you would have limited options available to up. So Allen Edmonds would be your best bet.To get anywhere close to your price range you would have to buy their seconds. However often it's difficult if impossible to determine what's wrong and your going to save money.
If interested check this reference out and let me know if you have any further questions.

I'll check out your suggestions, and look through that thread, thanks!
Cordovan is cool.
I do tend to like Edward Green and calf more though.
I don't do well at all with soft leathers, even those that have been glazed. The hardness and durability of the shell Cordovan is the appeal.
My arch is high and my Hobbit feet are quite wide at the arch with fat knobby toes and a skinny heel.

I understand and I went thru a period of buying mostly Cordovan shoes and boots. I also went thru a period of buying mostly Alden shoes and or boots. Alden makes some real nice footwear. However I found after a bit of time that I like and can wear sleeker Lasts. I also found the finishing one can get on calf to be more to my liking as it adds a certain character one can't get with cordovan. However it's really fabulous that there are so many options with regards to different styles and different leathers not everyone will agree but then again there's no need too.
99% of the time I only wear flip flop sandals. Hiking, gym I am always in a pair.
The best ones are:
1) Olukai
2) Reef Fanning- best bang for the buck
3) Rainbows
