What's that you're eating?

I love pizza pics now please!!!!
Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, roasted garlic and caramelized onions. You can see the mozzarella cooking!

Starting to get used to the nuances of this kind of oven, so every pizza is a little better than the one before. I'm going to try some white clam pizza and shrimp scampi next. Then some bolgogi beef, kim chi and green onions next. The only problem is that it's supposed to thunderstorm the next few days, so I'll have to find some time.
 
Alright. I made some bacon today just so I could try 3fifty7 3fifty7 ‘s fresh corn dish. I only used two ears because I figured I’d do some things wrong, and I did. I didn’t have ripe tomatoes and I just baked it all in the same roasting pan I cooked the bacon in. I used two corn ears, half a red bell pepper, half a sweet onion, 1/2 tsp of Knorr chicken/tomate bullion, garlic, salt & pepper.

Super tasty! I’ll do a few more ears next time, use ripe tomato, and finish in the Dutch oven instead of the roasting pan. I drained some of the bacon grease first because it looked like a lot.

Dinner last night was baked potato with a pair of frozen chicken breasts out of the freezer.
 
my pizzas arrived and were delicious.

one of them they had to substitute spicy sausage for being out of beef.

they gave me half off my next pizza and the replacement was better than what I wanted so I guess I'm a wiener
