What's that you're eating?

You seem to eat many Asian cultures of food.....

That is awesome !!
Galbi , bulgogi and kimchi remind me of old days!!!

I lean towards Asian food because that's who I am. ;)

But, around the SF Bay Area, there are SO MANY Asian food choices -- Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Burmese, Indonesian, Thai, etc. -- you could just eat Asian food if that's all you wanted to eat but I do eat grilled & BBQ'd red meat, pasta & pizza too. LOL!

Ford's Lobster. They're known for their Lobster Bomb, which is basically a lobster roll on steroids.

Bisque Bomb (the famous one)
1/2 lb of fresh picked lobster served hot and topped with creamy lobster bisque

That's about the ONLY thing I miss about Los Angeles; whatever kind of food you wanted/craved, you could find a place (and half the time, you could find a place that served whatever it was you were craving, at all weird hours. Feel like Thai/Greek/Italian food at 4am? There's a place).

Ground beef over spiral noodles.

A pound log of ground beef. Browned in a pan. Some butter added. Placed in a strainer after it's cooked.

The sauce. Butter, flour and milk. But since it's going on beef. Beef broth added. Pepper and salt. Thyme and a bay leaf. Stirred to smooth out.

Added to the sauce after it smooths out. Diced onion, garlic powder and sliced mushrooms. Low simmer. Once everything is beginning to melt together. Add the ground beef. Mix it up. Cover the pot and let sit.

Noodles get a 5 minute boil. Strained. Butter is added to the boiling pot and heated. Once hot, the drained noodles go back in the pot. Mixed around until every noodle is covered in butter.

Beef sauce is served over the noodles.

Loaded up the PitBoss with seasoned wings.

Semi homemade ranch: 2 packs of hidden baller dry ranch seasoning, 1 cup of Dukes mayo, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 minced jalapeños. 269F7B94-386C-4E91-B0AA-7752155C2CAD.jpeg
Side note I’m normally a blue cheese guy but I didn’t have the forethought to get what I needed to make a good dip.

I made some Soy Sauce Chicken Wings the other day but since 3fifty7 3fifty7 just posted pics of his, I'll post pics of the ones that made another day.

Instead here's a pic of my setup at Logorios in Farmington, CA (which I tried to visit this past Sunday) but was finally able to visit today.

Had 1 dozen grilled oysters, 2 Bonehead IPAs & a large salad to celebrate my 73rd birthday today, Friday the 13th, which is my lucky day because I was born on Friday the 13th in Oct 1950.

In case you're curious, Friday the 13th occurs in October only in those years when October starts on a Sunday. The next Friday the 13th in October will occur in 2028. ;)

And here's a pic of some fresh green beans that I picked up at one of my favorite food stands on the way home. Having some of them w/dinner tonight:
