Is that a vintage cast iron pan? If so, what brand? I've got a bit of an antique cast iron fetish. Food tastes better in cast iron, and that one looks remarkable!Eggs for breakfast. View attachment 2464766
No pictures of the dinner prep or meal today. It went quick, and all I grabbed was a picture of the leftovers. Slow braised Picanha with fresh black eye peas over an organic wild brown rice. Perfect for a cold day like today, and the diners have told me this made the “death row” list for them. I guess I’ll save the recipe. Didn’t seem too special when cooking, but I will agree it made my list of recipes to cook again soon. Just need to find another appropriate cut of meat.
