That is a damn fine mealSous vide on the ribeye then pan sear to finish with butter, garlic, vidalia onions and seasoning.

Thank you. I repurposed some of it for dinner again tonight. Leftover mashed potatoes smashed flat on a baking sheet with some butter on top to make a crispy crust. Just reheated the leftover black eye peas. Tri-tip for the meat tonight. Sous vide to 120 then grilled for the final sear.That is a damn fine meal
