Then add corn, peas, tomatoes, seasoning, potatoes, etc. until it tastes right. Let it sit while waiting for brisket to finish on the smoker.
Add 5+ pounds of smoked brisket.

Every word that you wrote made me more excited than the last......Separated the point and the flat. The flat finished in about 10 hours. The point should be done in a few hours. I'm going to put the point in the oven at 170 for a few hours and then in a cooler for tomorrow's lunch.
But I did sample some of the flat already. I will say that the difference between Prime and Choice is not subtle. Even the flat was extremely juicy.
